Is Parts Genius only for wreckers?

No. Parts Genius is built for auto wreckers, used-parts suppliers and new-parts dealers. It connects inventory, requests, quotes, invoices, work orders, dispatch, customers, reporting and administration. Dismantling and vehicle workflows are available when a business needs them, not imposed when it does not.

Can it work with the systems we already use?

Yes. Parts Genius sits on top of the inventory system you already run and connects each location to the request marketplace, trade credit, couriers, accounting and sales channels such as eBay, Trade Me and Shopify.

Does every team use the same screen?

No. Sales, inventory, picking, dispatch, management and administration each get role-aware workflows, navigation and permissions, while working from the same connected records.

Can Parts Genius support more than one location?

Yes. Each location runs on its own operational database and image storage. A shared control plane holds memberships and roles, and decides which locations a person may enter.

How does the AI help day to day?

Where it saves time: verifying which of your parts fit a request so quoting is faster, answering questions about your own records through PG Genie, and putting the numbers behind a decision in front of you. Every suggestion links back to the record, so your team checks before it acts.
